DELIVERY
Delivery is made only on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Delivery deadline
Delivery time is up to 5 working days after confirmation of processed order. All orders placed on Friday or weekend will be processed on the first following business day.
During seasonal personalities and discounts, delivery may take longer than usual.
Shipping
The courier delivers the shipment to a specific address of the buyer in the period from 09:00 to 16:00. Please at the time of delivery provide a person who will be present to pick up the order at the address you have attached. If the courier fails to find you at the address, we will contact you again by phone at the number that will remain created on the order and you will be able to agree on a new delivery date. If even during the attempt the courier failed to find you, the shipment will be returned to us.
Shipping Price
The price for delivery of orders over 5,000 denars is free.
The price for delivery of orders under 5,000 denars is 150 denars.
PAYMENT
- Payment in cash:
It is paid on sale at salon sales when you come to pick up your order.
- Payment after delivery:
It is paid to the courier, immediately after the delivery of your shipment, exclusively in cash
RETURN / REPLACEMENT
Immediately after delivery, please check the product or if there are visible mechanical movements or production is not in accordance with your order, please do not click by phone at +389 71 853 636, or send us an email on the package with your data (name, surname and telephone) at the address info@modernhunting.mk where you will state the reasons why you want to replace / return the package.
Please contact us no later than 24 hours after receipt of the shipment, and we will inform you of further procedure as soon as possible.
Product replacement costs are borne by the buyer if the buyer received a defective or faulty product. To replace or return a product, it must be unexpected and packaged in the original packaging along with the invoice.
After receiving the production, we check if the product is damaged, and then we send you a suitable replacement.
The entire production replacement or refund procedure can take up to 15 business days.
